In her debut cookbook, "The Korean Vegan," Molinaro puts a vegan spin on traditional and reimagined Korean foods, including (but not limited to) banchan, tteokbokki, and gamjaguk; her favorite childhood plant-based ingredients, such as doenjang, gochujang, and dashima, make several recipe appearances as well.
