For today's #FitnessFriday post, Halle talked about one of the most popular styles of training: cardio. "For me, cardio is an essential part of my workout, and I believe that my fitness regime[n] is not complete with out," Halle said in her caption. She continued, explaining that cardio and heart health go hand in hand, and stated that other benefits she's experienced are:
- Blood sugar control
- Increased circulation causing clearer skin
- Reduced fatigue and shortness of breath
- Significant calorie burn
- Increased sexual arousal
