I added a little ghee and chimichurri seasoning to the organic salmon and called it a day. I threw everything in a 400 degree oven for about 12 minutes, then pulled out the salmon and the beans. I let the carrots 🥕 and potatoes 🥔 cook a bit longer until tender. . Luca and I split” the salmon and he cleaned up on the potatoes and a few beans. I handled the rest. . Semi successful dinner considering last week salmon was a no-go for the 👶🏻. When he refuses a particular food, I usually give it a break, then reintroduce it in a week or two, often in a different format.
