October 17, 2018 by Jenny Sugar View On One Page Photo 45 of 50 ADVERTISEMENT () Start Slideshow View this post on Instagram Sheet Pan Lemon Garlic Chicken & Broccoli went down for dinner tonight and it was a hit! 💯 Bryan went to Costco solo on Friday without much of a list, and I was a little scared that we would end up with economy sized packs of peanut butter cups and Doritos 😜 BUT he proved me wrong and actually picked out a ton of great healthy stuff! So proud 🤣😍 One of things he found was @chosenfoods Lemon Garlic dressing & marinade which is SO good and helped this meal come together in less than 30 mins 🙌 Details👇🏻 . I cut 1 lb of @butcher_box chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes and tossed them in a large plastic bag with 3/4 cup of the marinade. After marinading for 10 mins (feel free to do this a lot longer- I was just in a rush while the baby was asleep!) I dumped the chicken out onto a foil lined baking sheet, baked at 425 for 8 mins, then added a bag of organic broccoli florets. I drizzled an additional 1/4 cup of the marinade over the broccoli, tossed it all together, and stuck it back in the oven for 12 additional mins. Serve it over greens or with potatoes to keep it #whole30, or do what I did and eat it on top of some @jovialfoods penne 😍 Enjoy!
