When you come up to a straight leg position, bring both feet back together and do one hammer curl with your dumbbell. A hammer curl is when your palms are facing each other and your thumbs should be on top as you bring the weight up toward your body. That counts as one full rep, and you can switch over to the other leg — you want to alternate between sides. Perform 16 total reps — 8 on each side.
