Krieger is very particular about maintaining her morning ritual. "So Ash is the coffee guru, but I also need to start off [with] like, an oat milk latte and the news — and just have my time before the kids wake up," Krieger says.

In fact, the two have a strict routine that starts at 6 a.m. "We are very, very selfish in the morning with taking care of ourself first. And then we wake up and then we focus on the children," Harris says. "So we have to get all the things moving and grooving and feeling good. That way we're the best versions of ourself for our children."
