While Ressler also likes Nike's Zoom Vomero 5 ($160), the V2K comes in five colorways at Nordstrom and has a retro, Y2K look about it. "I always try new sneakers, but I'm currently loving these. They're comfortable enough for workouts and stylish enough to wear throughout the day," she says of the shoes.

As far as what activities she prefers while traveling, Ressler's not specific. "I don't stick to a strict workout routine when I'm on vacation because my family is generally very active," she says. "We're never just sitting around — we're always hiking, swimming, riding bikes, and exploring. All my kids play sports, so they have their own regimens, and if they're doing something, I'll tag along! Having kids really does keep you young!"
