Aside from the fact that Housework by Sydney Miller is pretty much drenched in pink accents all around the studio — making Athleta's new Punch colorway the perfect fabric for complementing the atmosphere — this set was perfectly flexible for high-energy choreographed cardio and sculpting work. It's butter-soft with a compression level that's described on the website as "a gentle hug," and while I didn't work out in the hoodie, it was perfectly warm with a fleece interior that made for a real comfort after a hard session.
Housework is all about moving to the beat of the music, but it's also mentally stimulating since you're trying to remember the routine while keeping good form. I'd say this Athleta set made the attempt feel as easy as possible thanks to the brand's signature second-skin Powervita fabric, and you have to wear sneakers for the class, so my Reebok training shoes proved to be the best bet and most complementary to the color palette.
