Busy women need short, intense bursts of activity that make them work hard. We partnered with Lucy Activewear to find a few Tabatas that add up to a lot of burned calories.
It's hard to find that full hour or so during the day to work out (and that doesn't even include the time it takes to get to the gym or get ready for a sweat session). So for those days when you barely have any free moments, we found three killer moves (and one intense full-body Tabata) that will seriously give you a hard burn.
