When it comes to grilling corn this Summer, turn to chef and Food Network star Guy Fieri for his essential recipe. He explains, "For Summer, [I'm] all about serving elotes (Mexican street corn). The corn is grilled in its husk then peeled back for the last 10 minutes to get a nice char on the outside. I slather it in a crema mixture featuring a little mayo and lime juice and then sprinkle cotija cheese, chili de arbol, and some cilantro on top."
