Try This Cheap Appetizer (Less Than $8) That Tastes Ultra Rich

You'll need jalapeño peppers, refrigerated crescent rolls, and artichoke-jalapeño dip. I found all of these ingedients at Trader Joe's for less than $8. This will make eight poppers (with extra dip leftover).

Divide the crescent dough into eight triangles, then place each pepper dip-side down on the widest side of the dough.

Remember geometry? Pull one side of the dough to form an equilateral triangle. It looks like a pizza slice.

You have to tuck the pepper in so the dip doesn't bubble out as the dough cooks.

Then roll the dough away from you until you create a little bundle.

These popper rolls are insanely addictive. The dip becomes melty and gooey, the peppers cook until tender, and the buttery crescent roll will remind you of childhood. Remember to prepare enough for everyone to have two . . . because one of these is not enough.
