I can't stress enough how obsessed I am with these chocolate-covered almonds. I could have eaten approximately seven bags of them without a second thought. The salted caramel is so rich and creamy.
If you take your lunch to work or have kids who take lunches to school, Aldi has great options for lunch boxes. There's a large variety of crackers, chips, cookies, and everything else similar, so there's something for everyone.
Just buy all the cookies. There are a lot to choose from and pretty much all of them run cheaper than name brands in other grocery stores — but they taste just as good, if not better!
While browsing the store, you might notice a store-brand item right beside a name-brand item. Many of them look nearly identical, and they all taste basically the same. Aldi gives customers the option of buying its brands or the name brand you might be more familiar with, and while that's common with many grocery stores, Aldi's store brands are really excellent and cost-efficient options.
Aldi has delicious almond milk for under $2. I repeat, under $2. The store also has many other gluten-free and dairy-free alternatives for items, which is a pleasant surprise for a store that's not very big.
Aldi's freezer section is stocked with various quick meal options, like pizzas. You can grab several and pack your freezer full for those days when you don't feel like whipping up a gourmet meal. (For me, that's always. Thanks, Aldi.)
You can get a loaf of bread for under a dollar at Aldi. I can't rave enough about the quality of food at Aldi versus the price you pay for it. You're getting virtually the same foods as higher-priced grocery stores for a fraction of the cost, thanks to Aldi cutting down on costs elsewhere.
Aldi isn't just a grocery store. It also carries various other things like housewares and gardening equipment. I even spotted this fun funnel-cake-making kit that didn't take much convincing to land in my cart.
Aldi has a great selection of produce, including these cherries that were on sale when I was in the store. They were significantly cheaper than any other cherries I've seen — but guess what, the quality was top-notch!
