Kourtney Kardashian-Barker calls Lemme Tone the brand's "most requested gummy to date." First launched exclusively at Target, the two-gummy serving size contains clinically-studied Chromax®, a patented and bioavailable form of
chromium picolinate shown to boost metabolism, support lean body mass, and tone muscle, according to the brand. With the addition of methylated B12, apple cider vinegar, and ginger, this gummy has a tangy, fruity aftertaste.
"Lemme Tone is formulated to support healthy weight loss without compromising muscle integrity. The product uses the latest research in metabolic health and weight management to support lean body mass, muscle toning and fat reduction," Dr. Kathleen Valenton, board certified doctor and Lemme medical advisory board member says in a press release.
While I didn't necessarily notice any immediate toning, I can confidently say the gummy helps with regulation, and the addition of vitamin B12 is an added bonus for me personally since I'm deficient in that area and should be taking B12 supplements daily.
