From her iconic rendition of Britney Spears to her hilarious skits on "Saturday Night Live," Chloe Fineman is a joy to watch on-screen. She aspired to be an actor and found that becoming a comedy writer and performer was her way in. Fineman is most known for her celebrity impressions, from Jennifer Coolidge to Meryl Streep, and even Timothée Chalamet. She discovered she has a knack for impressions during an improv class, where her Drew Barrymore impression was spot-on.
Fineman looks for inspiration from the cultural landscape, whether it's a skit about the tradwife movement or impersonating Raygun, the Australian breakdancer at the 2024 Paris Olympics. "If it's something that no one's seen, no one's done, it's new, it's current, and it feels nice, especially if you nail it," she tells PS. Fineman also says that the collaborative nature of "SNL" and the quick turnaround gets her creative juices flowing. "If it's something that everyone can riff on, you're in a good place. Those have been the easiest and best things to write," she says.
To get through those late nights and keep up with her hectic schedule, she relies on coffee and candy to fuel her, specifically Swedish candy. "There's just something delightful about being an adult and being like, 'I can have candy,'" she says. However, she likes to unwind with a relaxing bath, especially in the winter. She loves the bath towels and bath soaps from Bathing Culture specifically.

Fineman claims that the Violette FR Bisou Balm ($29) is "the best thing you'll ever put on your mouth," describing the texture as "chapstick-y and balm-y." The Bisu Balm is a matte lipstick that has a hydrating feel and delivers a sheer flush of color for a subtle blurring effect. Her favorite shades are Amour Fou, Bêtise, and Bonbon Coquelicot. "It's just the most flattering lip product, and it kind of makes your lips look bigger."

"I have a serious sunglasses problem — like it's really bad. But I think it is the ultimate accessory, and I must say the one pair I return to time and time again is my Ray-Ban Original Wayfarer Classic ($230)," she says. Fineman loves that these sunglasses look good on everyone and that they are a practical choice with the addition of polarized lenses. "These sunglasses are light and chic. I feel like a movie star."
Chloe Fineman's Morning Routine Must Have
Although Fineman loves exploring coffee shops in the West Village, she's not a fan of the long lines and hectic weekend rush. She can be her own barista in the comfort of her home with the Ninja Luxe Café ($500). The all-in-one countertop coffee machine can make a barista-style cup of Joe in mere minutes, from grinding whole beans to creating the perfect froth. It's programmed to brew a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, drip coffee, and cold brew.
"It takes the guesswork out. It measures the beans for you and does all the complicated stuff. You can make drip coffee, you can make cold coffee, you can make espresso, etc," she says. Fineman loves a refreshing cold brew in the morning, noting that she's been experimenting with adding cardamom for an extra dash of spice.

"I have always wanted to feel like I'm in a hotel. There's just something about a hotel bed that you're like, 'Why is this so much better?'" she says. Fineman always travels with a Roku Streaming Stick 4K ($34, originally $50) so she can catch up on the latest movies and TV shows. "I took it to Hawaii, and where I was staying, the TV didn't have screencasting, and screencasting is hell because it always pauses," she says. I get to watch all my stuff on a large screen. I am somebody who loves that HBO Sunday tradition when the new episode is coming out," she says. She's currently watching "Chimp Crazy" and "The English Teacher."
