Robert Pattinson smirked and signed a few autographs on his way out of the Remember Me afterparty at The Ivy Club in London last night. He snuck out the back door of the venue, but there were still some fans who found him as he headed off into the night. A few hours earlier he and Emilie de Ravin posed together at their UK premiere and by the time Robert was finishing up his night, Kristen Stewart was at her own red carpet for The Runaways.
