The issue also coincides with the release of her new Superficial album, which became available online Tuesday through iTunes. She apparently underwent 10 operations last November, including a chin reduction, another nose job, liposuction, and more.

Well, yesterday the folks at Carl's Jr. posted her first spot on YouTube, and it's a plug for the chain's new Cranberry Apple Walnut Chicken Salad, including gratuitous shots of Kim's infamous bosom and backside. I think the sex-sells-food concept is getting a little silly, and I don't really understand the commercial's resounding "get clean" theme.

He spent last night toasting his great friend Tim Burton at a MoMA benefit, but today all eyes are on Johnny due to his latest accolade. This marks the second time Johnny takes home the title, though he shares the distinction with a few other guys.

Christina Applegate scored the cover, and revealed her boyfriend helped her feel beautiful after her battle with breast cancer.
