Lauren was born on September 8, 1984, making her 34 years old. She was born and raised in Lynnfield, MA.

Lauren's mother is named Suzanne and her father, Sib, was the drummer for the famous rock band Boston. He replaced original drummer Jim Masdea in 1975 and played with the band until the early '80s. Sib died at age 67 after suffering a heart attack while performing on board a cruise ship in March 2017.

Lauren paid tribute to her father on Instagram the day before her wedding. Along with an old family photo, she wrote him a heartfelt message. "Dad, I miss you everyday, I love you and wish you could be here to see all of this too . . . But I know you have the penthouse view now," she wrote. "Thank you for still being with us & walking with me in your new way... We ❤️ YOU 🙏🏼."

The couple first met in 2006 on the set of Dwayne's film, The Game Plan, and began dating a year later. However, they didn't make their red carpet debut as a couple until 2013 at the LA premiere of G.I. Joe. In August 2019, Dwayne and Lauren made their love official with a surprise wedding in Hawaii.

Lauren and Dwayne are parents to two beautiful baby girls, 3-year-old Jasmine and 1-year-old Tiana. They also share Dwayne's 18-year-old daughter Simone from his previous marriage to manager Dany Garcia.
