Get to Know Patrick and Brittany Mahomes's 2 Kiddos, Sterling and Bronze

NFL star Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, have lots to celebrate, and not just related to the Kansas City Chiefs' Super Bowl victory this past winter. The couple — who tied the knot in March 2022 — welcomed their second child together, Patrick "Bronze" Lavon Mahomes III, in November 2022 after previously announcing they were expecting in May of that year. The birth of their baby boy came over a year after they welcomed their firstborn, daughter Sterling Skye Mahomes, in February 2021.
Prior to starting their family together, Patrick and Brittany met as high school sweethearts who dated for eight years until the former popped the big question in September 2020, just a few weeks before they announced they were expecting Sterling. They got married in an intimate ceremony in Maui on March 12, 2022, and have been sharing glimpses of their family life ever since. This summer, Netflix's "Quarterback" series gave an even closer look at the past year in the Mahomes's life.

Sterling Skye Mahomes
Patrick and Brittany welcomed their first child, a daughter named Sterling, on Feb. 20, 2021. After her uncle, Patrick's younger brother, Jackson, called his niece "STER STER" in the comments of Brittany's announcement post, Brittany also called her daughter "Ster" when celebrating her first month in March.
Brittany and Patrick love spending time with their firstborn and even bring her along to some of the latter's football games. In October 2022, Brittany posted adorable photos of Sterling on Instagram, showing off the "Mahomes" decorated denim jacket she wore with her dad's jersey number in Kansas City Chiefs team colors. "Game Days with my girl❤️💛 #chiefskingdom," she captioned the post.
Patrick "Bronze" Lavon Mahomes III
Patrick and Brittany welcomed their second child, Patrick "Bronze" Lavon Mahomes III, on Nov. 28, 2022. To announce their son's birth, the two parents shared the first glimpse of their infant on Instagram. He wore a brown onesie while lying on a matching "Mahomes"-branded blanket. They even gifted him his own blinged-out silver chain featuring his name.
Almost a month later, the couple and their two kids celebrated their first Christmas together as a family of four. On Dec. 19, Brittany shared silly holiday photos of her, Patrick, and their daughter, Sterling, posing with Santa on Instagram. "We didn't love Santa, but we didn't scream! 😂❤️💚," she wrote in a caption. For their official Christmas photos, Brittany captioned another Instagram post, "Merry Christmas from the Mahomes❤️💚🎄."
