On Sept. 4, Kensington Palace released a statement announcing that Kate is pregnant with her third child, and their son or daughter will arrive in the Spring. Kate suffered from severe nausea and sickness again, so she held off on public appearances until she was feeling better, stepping out in early October for the first time since her pregnancy was announced.
