Between Anna's open, judgment-free attitude and the personal relationships she has with the celebrity guests, it's the ideal environment for stars to be incredibly honest — and personal. Olivia Munn got real about what it was like to date a professional athlete (boyfriend Aaron Rodgers), and while sharing advice with a gay caller, Lance Bass talked about the challenge of coming out to his *NSYNC bandmates. Anna, too, isn't afraid to go there, regularly opening up about everything from her marriage to "mommy guilt." In other words, these definitely aren't the careful conversations celebrities typically have with interviewers, and you get to see a side of stars that's rarely in the spotlight.

You're listening to Anna Faris, so of course the podcast is funny. The hilarious actress brings her unguarded, easygoing sense of humor to the mix at every turn, cracking jokes as she interviews guests and dropping sarcastic one-liners while they're sharing advice with callers. What's really incredible, though, is that you may be laughing one minute and getting emotional the next, because in between quips about bikini waxes and questions about which murder weapon a celebrity might choose, Anna leads compelling conversations that explore thoughtful themes like self-esteem and sexuality.

5 The advice is worth taking to heart.

Sure, the name of the podcast might be Anna Faris Is Unqualified, but even if she's not, you know, a certified therapist, she's basically the best friend you'd want to call if you were looking for a considerate, sincere, from-the-heart opinion. She's fair and empathetic when she and the celebrity guests share their two cents, and you can tell that she genuinely wants to help people. (Both Anna and Sim regularly ask that callers follow up later, and they'll sometimes offer updates on past episodes.) In one moment I particularly loved, Anna very simply and genuinely encouraged a caller to "protect her heart," and it was clear that her words were exactly what the caller needed to hear.

6 Chris Pratt makes regular appearances.

If, like us, you also adore Chris Pratt or you're obsessed with Anna and Chris's sweet relationship, you'll be thrilled to hear that he sometimes chimes in during different episodes. Like Anna, he's hilarious (of course), but he also takes it seriously and offers smart, heartfelt advice.
