Armie Hammer Talks About Call Me by Your Name Sequel Video

Armie Hammer Still FaceTimes "Timmy" and Is Totally Down For a Call Me by Your Name Sequel

Hold on to your hearts, you guys. Armie Hammer stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on March 20, and as well as continuing the ongoing saga of his 4-year-old daughter's "interesting" drawings, he spoke about the potential for a Call Me by Your Name sequel. With writer André Aciman hard at work on a sequel to the novel and director Luca Guadagnino prepared with a few ideas of his own, it seems Elio and Oliver may well be back on our screens in the future. Hammer and his costar Timothée Chalamet are still close friends who meet up when they can and FaceTime when they can't, and he joked that, "Timmy and I are down as long as they give us each $12 million."

Hammer also addressed the rumors that he's top of the list to replace Ben Affleck as Batman. Though he did confess that he'd love the role, he said that the actual decision makers haven't approached him about it yet. "None of the people who start rumors are actually the people who can give you jobs. So it's always like, 'Oh, are you gonna play Batman?' and I'm like, 'Well you just asked me, but guess who hasn't? Warner Bros!'"
