Gossip Girl wrapped nearly eight years ago, and we still miss it. Even though we can rewatch the series over and over again on Netflix, we still find ourselves craving all the drama that comes with Manhattan's elite. Thankfully, we'll be heading back to the Upper East Side soon with HBO Max's upcoming spinoff series. Though the series is still in early development (only a handful of the stars have been announced, so far), we have plenty of Gossip Girl-esque books to keep us occupied in the meantime. After all, the show was inspired by Cecily von Ziegesar's novel series of the same name. If you loved the show and are looking for a worthy follow-up, keep reading for some equally scandalous book suggestions ahead.
