Paul Adelstein is returning for at least one episode as Paul Kellerman, and Robert Knepper, Amaury Nolasco, and Rockmond Dunbar will be back as T-Bag, Sucre, and C-Note. Meanwhile, newcomer Christian Michael Cooper is playing Sara and Michael's son, and Mark Feuerstein is Sara's new husband, Jacob.

In addition, the original creator and producers, Paul T. Scheuring, Neal Moritz, Marty Adelstein, and Dawn Olmstead are returning.
