Imagine "The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes" but a grittier, more magical YA version, and you'll get something like Netflix's "The Irregulars." With unexplained supernatural events and teen drama, it's the perfect recipe for any "Stranger Things" enthusiast. The show's title refers to a ragtag group of misfits investigating paranormal crimes in Victorian London for the cold, mysterious Dr. John Watson (Royce Pierreson). The scrappy team is led by the headstrong Beatrice (Thaddea Graham), a 17-year-old girl who's very protective of the group. While the Irregulars were originally part of Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes universe, we don't really get a glimpse of Sherlock until later into the series.
