Season 1: While much of the intrigue in the series revolves around time travel and the causation of past, present, and future, Charlotte and Peter's eldest daughter Franziska (Gina Stiebitz) seems to be involved in a mystery that has nothing to do with the past and everything to do with present day. When she's not practising rhythmic gymnastics or making out with and teasing Magnus, she's up to something that involves leaving and digging up a box under the train tracks.
Season 2: Franziska's secret is finally exposed after Magnus follows her on one of her visits to the train tracks. And while she's still very much wrapped up in the drama of 2019 and the affair between her father and a person named Benni, in 1921 we get a glimpse of an older Franziska at the Sic Mundus HQ.
Season 3:
- Adam's World: Having traveled with Jonas, Magnus, and Bartosz to 1888 at the moment of the apocalypse, Franziska is stranded there with them. We know that she and old Magnus become important members of Adam's team from season two, and in this season she's seen doing Adam's bidding once more. She is asked to intercept Eva's world Martha on the day of that reality's apocalypse in order to continue the time loops and bring her to save Jonas from their world on the day of that apocalypse (which we see happen at the end of season two).
- Eva's World: In this reality, Franziska is the Doppler sister who is deaf. She's sneaking around with her boyfriend, Magnus Nielsen, and spends seemingly all her time with him until the pair witness the apocalypse together before they're killed by it.
- Origin World: Without Charlotte being born as a product of time travel, Franziska doesn't exist in this world.
