"Roar" Stars Issa Rae, Alison Brie, and More in Women-Driven Anthology Series

Based on Cecelia Ahern's 2018 short-story collection, "Roar" is a women-led anthology series that offers insight into what it means to be a woman today. According to the show's official log line, the eight-episode project will feature "a unique blend of magical realism, familiar domestic and professional scenarios, and futuristic worlds" to mirror the lives of ordinary women in "accessible yet surprising ways."
