Where is Rick, the man Rue told to "f*ck himself" in season one, episode seven? It seems weird that he wouldn't be featured or mentioned, especially considering the implicit impact his relationship with Leslie has on Rue. It's not hard to imagine he and Leslie split up, but if that's the case, it should have been mentioned, right?
