Following her time on "Zoey 101," Spears took a break from acting and moved to Mississippi, where she welcomed her first daughter, Maddie Briann, with her then-boyfriend Casey Aldridge in June 2008. She was briefly engaged to Aldridge before the pair called it off in 2009 and then officially split in 2010. Afterward, Spears married businessman Jamie Watson in New Orleans in March 2014 and gave birth to her second daughter, Ivey Joan, four years later in April 2018. Since leaving Nickelodeon, Spears has found success starring in the Netflix series "Sweet Magnolias" as Noreen Fitzgibbons.
