There's no question that Jennifer Lopez has some truly killer dance moves (see: that scene from Hustlers), but apparently she gets it from her mama. In a video shared to her Instagram account on Thursday, the Golden Globe nominee wished her mom Guadalupe a happy 74th birthday by welcoming her onstage during one of her concerts, and I, for one, am not surprised at all that her mom is still owning the dance floor well into her seventies — look at 'em both go!

Jennifer also captioned the video with a supersweet message thanking her mother for all of the wonderful things she's done for her over the years. "People ask me where I get my energy from, my drive, my dance moves lol . . . well now you know . . . Guadalupe . . . my mommy . . . for as long back as I can remember, I can see her dancing, laughing and lighting up every room she was in," Jennifer wrote.

It's no secret that Jennifer and her mom are great friends, and Lupe does seem to be her number one fan based off of how psyched she looks to be at her daughter's concert in the video. That same energy and enthusiasm for life has rubbed off on Jennifer, and she couldn't be more thankful.

"She is the definition of youthful and timeless at every age . . . she loved music and movies and history and musicals and believed in true love . . . and she put all of that into me . . . and I am all the better for it. You made me who I am today . . . you're 74 today[,] Mommy, Beautiful as ever, alive as ever and still dancing like a teenager . . . thank you for loving me the way you do, for everything, for being you, there aren't enough words, I love you forever[.] Happy Birthday you force of nature . . . #thelupinator."

It's no wonder that Jennifer is such an incredible mother to her own kids. Watch the full video ahead, and happy birthday, Lupe!
