Dad Makes the Best of a Bad Situation in the Cutest Possible Way

"My daughter has to wear an eye patch. Tried to make the best of it," Geof Grubb wrote as the accompanying caption for the album he uploaded to Reddit last week, appropriately titled "Patches." Geof's 10-month-old daughter, Layla, was born with a small cataract in one of her eyes, so her doctor advised that her parents cover the other with a patch until the weaker eye develops. The process could take up to five years, Geof told Huffington Post.

While the circumstances are no doubt frustrating for the entire family, they've made the best of it, with the good-humored (and creative!) Dad giving Layla a new look on a daily basis. Check out the best of Layla and Geof's patch art — it's sure to make you smile.
