It seems Karl Lagerfeld tries to one-up himself with every Chanel runway show he stages. For Spring '16, the designer literally took his collection to new heights, transforming Grand Palais into a very stylish airport, home to Chanel Airlines.
Guests flashed their boarding passes and checked in at Terminal 2C (we see what you did there, Karl), and took their seats, waiting wide-eyed for this season's debut. There was a fresh take on Coco's signature tweed suit, luxe, quilted suitcases we'd kill to tote around, and quite a few famous faces — from Kendall Jenner, who led the model pack, to Cara Delevingne, who sat front row and greeted the Kaiser after takeoff.
