As a Comfort Connoisseur, I Can Accurately Say These Are the Best Sweatshirts Out There

I work from home, and I'm not one of those "I still get dressed to greet the day!" people. I'm a "bras are only for days when I leave the house" person. As a comfort-oriented lady, items like sweater dresses and sweatshirts make up a large part of my wardrobe. I get up, toss on a sweatshirt, and go about my business. I love all types — hoodies, zip-ups, fitted, baggy — and designs — plain, graphic, patterned, etc. My one requirement is that it must be cozy, and after years of trial and error, I've found the holy grail of cozy sweatshirts: a brand called Bella + Canvas.
Up until recently, Bella + Canvas was a wholesale company, meaning it sold large batches of plain clothes mainly to other companies. I was actually introduced to it because POPSUGAR gave its employees sweatshirts branded with our logo last year, and I have worn the sh*t out of this sweatshirt. (In fact, I'm wearing it right now. I slept in it last night.) It's composed of a breathable cotton-poly blend that has yet to pill on the inside. It's thick enough to keep me warm but not heavy enough to make me overheat.
A few months ago, I realized that much like a toddler with their blankie, I was upset when it was in the wash. I glided over to the brand's website only to find that I would have to buy in bulk. But you know what? You can find just about anything on Amazon. Indeed, Amazon not only had the crew-neck sweatshirt I was after, but it also sold it in every color of the rainbow. My closet now overfloweth with sweatshirts! I have a pullover hoodie in heather slate, a crew-neck sweatshirt in marled charcoal, and a full-zip hoodie in mauve. Because the majority of the brand's items are unisex, I also bought several Bella + Canvas sweatshirts for my husband, who now wears them as much as I do.
Ahead, you'll find the basic sweatshirts offered on Amazon (you can find even more pieces on Bella + Canvas's new direct-to-consumer site). Bear in mind that each of these comes in several color options, so click to see if your favorite shades are available!
