Winter is typically a time of nesting. Cold weather and lots of good TV shows make it easy to cuddle up on the couch and stay indoors. But now that the snow is (hopefully) melting and temperatures are rising, it's the perfect time to head outside with your SO and get active. Whether you're looking to just break a light sweat or want something super hardcore, we have four great
partner workouts for the two of you to get after.
Go on a hike
Get your start and head to a trail — hiking doesn't necessarily have to equate to huge intervals and rocky terrain. For a light workout, you and your beau can take a nice leisurely stroll for a few miles at a nearby preserve. Be sure to wear
closed-toe shoes and tops that layer easily.

Head to the park for Frisbee
If the two of you live in a more urban setting and it's too hard to find a spot to go hiking, Frisbee is another fun, entry-level activity. Make sure both of you put on apparel that's
comfortable and lightweight, then head to your local park to start a game. With every flick of the Frisbee you'll work your core and torso, and it's up to you two how intensely you want to play.

Take a HIIT class together

A good high-intensity interval training class will leave you feeling toned and tired. Depending on where you go, you'll likely do moves that will wipe you out, like side-by-side burpees and
bear crawls. Check in with your SO beforehand to make sure they feel ready for this kind of challenge.

Deepen your connection by signing up for partner yoga. You'll increase flexibility, strengthen your core, and work right alongside your partner — it doesn't get more intimate than that. Be sure to have the right
sweat-wicking gear before class, or if you're interested in doing it at home, this 10-posture sequence is a great place to start.
