Kate Hudson Is WW's Newest Ambassador — See How Oprah Welcomed Her to the Family!

Kate Hudson is joining the WW family! On Sunday, Kate, who welcomed her third child just two months ago, announced that she's officially an ambassador for WW (formerly Weight Watchers) with an inspiring FaceTime call with Oprah Winfrey. The two discussed what the program means to them and how it's so much more than weight loss — It's fish tacos! It's cocktails! It's community!

"It is the perfect community for people to live healthy their own way and I love sharing this knowledge with you all!" Kate wrote alongside the video on Instagram. "This is not a community for people who just want to lose weight, although leading a healthy lifestyle lends itself to such, this is a community about supporting each other through a lifelong journey of wellness."

WW's recent rebranding came at "the perfect time" for Kate. "Because at this point after having three babies it's like sense memory," she told People. "You want to start getting back into shape and to get strong again and focus on your own personal health. It's hard when you have babies. Everyone comes before you, and you have to find that time to just focus in on yourself."

Kate's already loving the Freestyle program and simply having that awareness of what she's consuming after giving birth in October. Ahead, find Kate and Oprah's FaceTime call, as well as some of Kate's postpartum wellness photos, and let their mission inspire your 2019 New Year's resolutions.
