Nicole Lost 200 Pounds and People Still Fat Shamed Her β€” This Is Her Response

Nicole has lost an impressive 200 pounds. Her journey deserves a frickin' standing ovation! The best part is that she says, "I'm proud and I've earned it." She should be! She's worked so hard and she's come so far, and she's not afraid to post progress pictures, even if she's not quite where she wants to be.

After posting the below transformation pics, Nicole says, "So I received some lovely messages the other day about my legs πŸ” YUP! My legs! Crazy right lol Saying that I should tone down on the weights... saying that my upper body looks like a man πŸ€”"

Her response to body-shaming comments was amazing. Aside from telling POPSUGAR, "I deleted any horrible ones," her caption says, "hang on.. WTF? So when I was 430+ pounds you were making fun of me and now that I lost over 200 pounds and building my body the way I want to you still got issues?"

Instead of those rude negative comments making her feel bad about herself, she turned it into an opportunity to shed some always-needed body positivity on the world. Nicole says, "This one is for my sisters and brothers that are just starting out their journey! 🚩 Don't you EVER let someone tell you how your body should look!!
