Watch the Video of the Nigerian Bobsled Team That Even Gave Serena Williams "Chills"

In a historic first, three Nigerian athletes will compete in bobsledding at the 2018 Winter Olympics. The American-born women — Seun Adigun, Ngozi Onwumere, and Akuoma Omeoga — will be the first Nigerian athletes to compete in the Winter Olympics. This will also mark the first time any African country has qualified for the Olympic sport.

The history-making team is quickly attracting fans ahead of the games in Pyeongchang, South Korea. As a result, they've drawn in a new partnership with Beats By Dre complete with a stellar commercial, shown above. In the video, Adigun, Onwumere, and Omeoga are shown working out, training, and just generally being badass.

The video even caught the attention of Serena Williams, who shared it on Instagram and wrote, "This video literally gave me chills. I am so excited to watch Nigeria compete in the winter Olympics bobsledding race, the first time an African country has ever competed in bobsledding!" The tennis star certainly won't be the only one cheering on this team.
