Think Pink to Stay Hydrated: Cold-Pressed Watermelon Juice Recipe

It's not really Summer until you have enjoyed a big slice of watermelon. But when the seeds just won't do, take a sip of this refreshing watermelon-mint cooler, inspired by one of our favorite OnJuice concoctions. Perfect for hot Summer days, this hydrating, cold-pressed juice is full of antioxidants and vitamins A and C. Add to that the debloating properties of mint, and you've found yourself the go-to health elixir of the season!

Notes

It's best to make this recipe with a slow juicer. If you don't have a slow juicer, then juice all ingredients together except for the mint; then use a blender to mix the juice and mint together.

Watermelon Juice Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups watermelon
  2. 1/2 cup honeydew melon
  3. 1 cucumber
  4. 1 lime, peel and pith removed
  5. 3/4 cup mint

Directions

Run all ingredients through a juicer. Pour juice into glass, and enjoy immediately.
