Customize your retreat from four to seven nights at one of these gems and get ready to "Discover Yoga" (for those wanting to release stress, improve flexibility, and gain a powerful body), or you can try the popular retreat option known as "Yogic Detox," which is a program suitable for more experienced practitioners and draws upon Hatha techniques including Sat Kriya (movement and breath exercise) to cleanse internal organs and achieve harmony between the major pranic flows. *If you know, you know*. And if all else fails, there's always its other retreat called "Yogic Sleep" — I MEAN who doesn't want to do that?
Experts and novices are welcome, and you'll depart ready to get your REM on, thanks to this program that boosts the quality of relaxation and thus improves zzz's via Nidra, Pranayama, and gentle yoga practice with relaxing spa treatments. Yep, save us a spot.

The Jameson Retreat
Where: One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives
The exclusive Harry Jameson retreat at the One&Only Reethi Rah takes place in the Maldives, which is reason enough to fly there — envision coral reefs and white sandy beaches — but add in a dose of science, fitness, and diet to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience.
Created with health expert Harry Jameson, you'll undergo a full-body biometric and physiological assessment prior to arrival, then once at the resort, you'll be treated to a personalized program for six days and six nights. This consists of one-on-one training, yoga, stretching, therapeutic meditation, healthy cuisine (like antioxidant shakes — yum), and plenty of downtime.
Villas for the week will set you back $14K, but you'll leave refreshed and you'll remain in close contact with your assigned trainer through a five-week aftercare package. Now can you really put a price on that? Upcoming dates are May 14-20 and Oct. 8-14.
BodyHoliday's Octoba Yoga Retreat

Yoga For Bad People Retreat
Where: Scribner's Catskill Lodge in Hunter, NY
If you're more of a beginner (or even a self-proclaimed "bad at yoga" individual), this is the retreat for you. Spend a long weekend bending and stretching with Yoga For Bad People founders Heather Lilleston and Katelin Sisson, since there's literally zero judgment involved and you get to do it in the Catskills countryside at Scribner's Catskill Lodge.
Once a motor stop in the 1960s, Scribner's is now revamped and completely woodsy and romantic, aka where you want to meditate for two days (June 2-4) while also enjoying two yoga classes daily, two nights' accommodations, complimentary daily breakfast, two brunches (because yoga should mean mimosas afterward), two group dinners, and welcome drinks.
The whole shebang will cost you $660 a person, and guests do not need to have any prior experience to hang with YFBP. Did we mention each room has a furnished balcony, gluten-free and vegan dishes are provided at each meal, "fun time" is scheduled into the itinerary, and so is free time for hiking, journaling, exploring, and — our favorite — napping? Sounds like our kind of fitness retreat!
