Craving Samoas? This Healthy Girl Scout Cookie Recipe Uses Just 5 Simple Ingredients

Let's not get into an argument about which Girl Scout cookies are the best (eh hem, Samoas, obviously), but let's get serious about what to do if you can't find them! TikTok user justine_snacks couldn't find her local Girl Scout representative, so she took matters into her own hands and crafted this easy recipe. This recipe is actually healthier than regular Samoas since it's made with (mostly) whole foods and no vegetable oil, enriched flour, or corn syrup. It's grain-free and can also be made vegan if you use dairy-free chocolate chips.

All you need are five basic ingredients: raw whole pecans, maple syrup, coconut oil, and shredded unsweetened coconut. After you heat that all together, let it cool, add chocolate chips (I love Lily's vegan stevia-sweetened dark chocolate chips), and enjoy! Oooh, this could also be really yummy as a topping for a protein smoothie bowl!
