My favorite way to make ranch is to grab an organic, dairy free packet from the store (or mix up onion & garlic powder, dried basil, dill weed, chives, and parsley) and blend it with soft silken tofu for a more creamy ranch, or extra firm silken tofu for more of a dip. It's perfect!
