(Aka how do you stay so lean) ⚡️Answer: Everyday is not the same. However I try to stay within a framework. I have good & bad days ⚡️So here's a typical day: ▶️ Wake up - coffee with almond milk immediately ▶️Workout - and then Green Smoothie (kale/ spinach) with almond milk/ Vegan Protein + limit to one fruit ▶️ Lunch - Huge Salad with lean meat, veggies and dressing = lemon juice + olive oil OR @fitfuelprep Paleo meal. Weight training days - add sweet potato ▶️Snack - coffee and veggies or a few almonds ▶️Dinner - Meat *(chicken, pork, fish or red meat) plus veggies*. *baked/ steamed/ grilled ▶️ When I drink it's tequila+soda +lime (sometimes a splash of grapefruit) "The Hollywood" ▶️Desert - dark chocolate + hot tea ☕️☕️☕️ 💥Do I eat other things? YES.
