American Ninja Warrior's Jessie Graff High Kicked Her Way Down the Emmys Red Carpet

Jessie Graff is a professional stunt double who made history this year as the first woman to complete the first course in American Ninja Warrior's national finals. At the 2016 Emmy Awards, Jessie impressed the internet yet again with her incredible high kicks along the red carpet — while wearing a gown and heels, no less.

Despite her incredible achievement earlier this year, the Supergirl stunt double is now set on ascending American Ninja Warrior's famous final course, referred to as Mount Midoriyama. The cash prize for completing the final course is a whopping $1 million. In a red carpet interview with USA Today, Jessie said she plans on completing the course within two to three years. On her impact on the competition show, Jessie said "My first year doing Ninja Warrior, I didn't really know what it was about." Adding, "After that, when so many people were like, 'I didn't know women could do that,' I thought, 'Then, we better show you."

Jessie also caught up with POPSUGAR on the red carpet and gave some advice to young girls watching the show. She said, "Learn to enjoy conquering the impossible challenges. Don't get discouraged when you try something and it feels totally impossible, because that's what just makes it interesting and fun to keep working at it."
