"I hate the word diet, but it does play a huge role into maintaining a healthy heart, mind, and body. So I try to eat as healthy as possible. I like to stick to the 80-20 type of rule. Eighty percent of the time, I'm eating foods that are nutritious for my body. The other 20 percent is pretty much cheese or anything sweet, fried, or covered in salt or sugar. But I do like to balance it all out and make sure I'm drinking a lot of water."
