Doing this for just 5 minutes got a good burn in my shoulders, thighs, and glutes! ***Don't do this unless your baby has good head control!*** ******UPDATE: I got some negative messages sent to me regarding having Hunter in my workout. I would NEVER do anything to put my child in danger and if he didn't have legit head and neck control, I would NOT be doing this. He was drooling up a storm and loves to be lifted.
