I think of all the things that I'm grateful for and I focus on them (like my growing bub 😃). Instead of looking at what other people have that I don't have, I look at what I already have. There's a difference between seeing other people's successes as inspiration and comparing yourself to them then allowing yourself to feel down because you don't have what they've got. I truly believe comparing yourself to others & focussing on what you lack is unhealthy. . If there's a new habit you want to create in your life (or a habit you want to break) you have to work on it every single day. Let me relate this to "fitness" - You don't get fit by seeing a personal trainer once a week and that's all you do. It all comes down to what you do consistently. If you want to be more positive in your life you have to practice gratitude every day and do more things that make you happy. Remove negative people if you can & surround yourself with positive, supportive people. Life will always throw crap your way but getting perspective really helps get through these crappy times. Things could always be worse. . If you want to be fit & healthy then you've gotta keep yourself motivated & on track every single day. Set goals, plan how you'll achieve them and commit yourself. . Motivation doesn't just come to you.. you don't just "find it" and it stays there - you have to create it every day. It's your responsibility! .
