"The healthy microwave meals of yesteryear are making a comeback with a vengeance, and I'm a thousand percent here for it. I recently had a sweat-date-plus-dinner-party with fellow POPSUGAR editor Hilary White, where we made these quick meals (the mango chicken is fab) plus some delicious and fast salads.
