Hold this position for 20 seconds. Pivot your bodies to face out, and hold that position again for 20 seconds. Move your outside leg into a back lunge, and extend the outside arm forward. Hold this position for 20 seconds. Move your body back to facing each other (starting position). Repeat other side to complete one rep. You can repeat this up to eight reps.
