LEFT: ◾️Very low calories and carbs, iifym, felt so restricted was scared to death to go over my macros. ◾️Bored with my gym routine, bored with doing the same lifts over and over, spending hours at the gym. ◾️ Terrible mindset, comparing myself to fitness models constantly, wish I looked a different way (bigger butt, bigger shoulders, smaller waist). RIGHT: 🔸Intuitive eating, eating mostly organic Whole Foods, listening to my body when its hungry - I eat. Found freedom in intuitive eating and loving all the delicious healthy food I eat! 🔸Absolutely in LOVE with my workout routine, love lifting with @s_muchko at the gym, love doing HIIT workouts at home, love doing yoga, LOVE listening to what my body needs everyday instead of only lifting weights and doing hours of cardio. Spending 35-45 minutes working out. (Saving SO much of my time.) 🔸Positive mindset, loving the body I’m in! Honoring my body, listening in to what it needs, and adoring every part of it. . . ✨Point of this post - you DO NOT need to be spending hours at the gym, doing hours of cardio, having a strict diet, hating your workouts and your diet to see the results you want. . . If your busy and still want to make fitness and health a priority - GREAT! You can get effective kick ass workouts within 30-45 minutes. You can eat quick healthy whole food meals that taste absolutely delicious. You can live your life and love your health and fitness journey too! I promise you, it’s 100% possible. 💕💪🏻 . . PS.
