First is .....🥁 Eggs in a Nest Sheet Pan Kale Butternut squash spirals Baby broccoli @Aidells chicken and apple sausage 2 eggs Spray a parchment lined cookie sheet with avocado oil. Create nests with your hands out of the butternut squash spirals making a hole in the center. Next, mix and massage all the other veggies with avocado oil, S&P, and tons of garlic powder and lay them on the same cookie sheet next to the “nests”. Cut Aidells sausage into discs and nestle into the greens. Bake at 375 and after 10 min remove tray from oven and crack an egg into each nest hole. Bake another 18-20 min. (Depending on how runny you like your eggs, I did 18 min, for a slightly runny egg) Remove from oven and add everything but the bagel seasoning over each egg.
