Core Meditation Trainer
"It's already three months into the year, and I've been keeping consistent with my New Year's resolution to meditate daily. I recently took my meditation practice to the next level by using the Core Meditation Trainer ($169). This handheld device guides you through meditation sessions with vibration patterns that gives your something to focus on. Core also allows you to view biometric data and track your stress levels as you meditate. Each session tracks your time spent calm or focused, as well as your heart rate.
After using Core during different parts of my day, I've observed more obvious trends, such as when I meditate at the end of the day after taking a bath, I spend more time feeling calm vs. when I meditate after getting home from being stuck in traffic but also more surprising trends like I tend to be more calm if I've worked out that day.
